Welcome to Aladdyn. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI genie platform and related services. By accessing or using Aladdyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Aladdyn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Service. By using Aladdyn, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Use of the Service
Permitted Use
Aladdyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe upon intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials; (d) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (e) use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes; (f) reverse engineer or decompile the Service; (g) interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create through the Service. By using Aladdyn, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by Aladdyn and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aladdyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in connection with the Service are the property of Aladdyn or their respective owners. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Payments and Billing
Subscription Fees
Access to the Service may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable unless required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payment Methods
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Refunds
We offer refunds in accordance with our refund policy. Refunds for annual subscriptions are prorated based on the remaining term. Contact support for refund requests.
Limitations of Liability
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
AI Accuracy
Our AI genies are designed to assist with business tasks, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying and validating AI outputs for your use case.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALADDYN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Total Liability
Aladdyn's total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aladdyn in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings, including the in-product “Account & data” page. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease immediately. We may delete your account and content in accordance with our data retention and backup policies. Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law, for billing, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, including for WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business integrations.
Account Deletion & Messaging Platforms
When you delete your Aladdyn account or we terminate it, we will disconnect your WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business integrations and stop processing new messages from those channels. We will delete or anonymize associated logs and conversation data where technically possible, in line with our Privacy Policy and the applicable platform terms for WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business.
Additional Terms
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aladdyn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aladdyn operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aladdyn regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. Aladdyn may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
