Account deletion & data removal

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Aladdyn account and associated data, including WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business integrations where applicable.

What happens when you delete your account

Your Aladdyn user account and login access are permanently removed.
Connected WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business integrations are disconnected and we stop processing new messages for those channels.
Associated conversation history, leads, and AI genie data linked to your user may be deleted or anonymized, except where we must retain certain records for legal, billing, or security reasons.
Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period (for disaster recovery) before being automatically purged.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you actively use Aladdyn with WhatsApp Business or Instagram Business, make sure you have exported any information you need to keep before continuing.

How to delete your account

Confirm that you are signed in with the Aladdyn account you want to delete.

Review the information above to understand what will happen to your data and connected integrations.
Use the “Delete my account permanently” option available in your account area inside the app.

WhatsApp & Instagram Business compliance

This account deletion flow is provided to comply with WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business Platform data deletion requirements. If you cannot access your account but need us to remove data related to your WhatsApp Business or Instagram Business integration, please email vijay@adrig.co.in from the email address associated with your Aladdyn account. We will review and process verified deletion requests, typically within 30 days where technically feasible.
